Terms of Service

These terms govern the Fund Overview Design Package sold by FundPacket Studio, a service of RXCK LLC ("we," "us"). By purchasing, you ("client") agree to them.

1. Scope of service

• One five-slide fund overview presentation, delivered as an editable PowerPoint file and a PDF
• Slides cover: fund identity and overview; strategy and focus; structure and terms; sponsor team and any track record you supply; contact details and your issuer-approved disclosures
• One design revision is included. Delivery is within 3 business days after we receive complete materials that you have approved for use

2. Client-supplied content

• All facts, figures, claims, and disclosures in the finished presentation come from materials you supply and approve. We do not independently verify them and we do not create projections, performance claims, or offering terms
• Missing facts are shown as clearly marked placeholders, never filled in by us
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legal sufficiency of your content and for having your own counsel review the presentation before any use

3. What this service is not

• We are not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, placement agent, or law firm, and this is not legal, tax, or investment advice
• Our fee is a flat, non-contingent design fee. It is never tied to capital raised, and we provide no fundraising, solicitation, introduction, or distribution services

4. Fees and refunds

• The package price is a flat $999 USD, payable in advance through our payment link
• Production begins when we start design work, which is after we receive your complete, approved materials
• Full refund if you cancel before production begins, or if we cannot deliver the agreed five-slide scope
• If a delivered package materially fails to meet the agreed scope, we will correct it at no charge within 5 business days of your notice — or refund you in full if we cannot correct it
• After production begins, fees are not refundable for design preferences; your included revision round covers those. See the Refund Policy, which states the same rule

5. Ownership and use

• On full payment, the delivered files are yours to use and edit. Your underlying materials remain yours
• We will not use your delivered presentation in our own marketing without your written permission

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the package. We are not liable for how the presentation is used or for the content you approved.
