FundPacket Studio is a service of RXCK LLC. This policy describes the limited information we handle.

What we collect

• Contact and intake information you provide: names, business email addresses, organization details, and the source materials you send us for design work
• Payment information is processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number
• Preview links: preview pages are not indexed and are reachable only through an unguessable private link. Links expire 14 days after issue and can be revoked at any time, after which the page stops serving. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps standard access logs, which we use to confirm delivery and honor takedown requests. Anyone who has the link can open it until it expires or is revoked, so treat it like a key
• Processors: payments are processed by Stripe and this site is hosted by Cloudflare. Client materials are handled only by RXCK LLC and these processors

How we use it

• To produce and deliver your design package, communicate about your order, and keep business records
• We do not sell personal information, and we do not share your materials with third parties except the processors needed to run this service (such as Stripe and our hosting provider)
• Your fund materials are never used in our marketing without your written permission

Outreach emails

If you received an introductory email from us, it was sent to a business contact identified from public SEC Form D filings. Every email includes an opt-out; opt-outs are honored within 10 business days and the address is added to a permanent suppression list.

Retention and your choices

• Order and correspondence records are kept for business and legal compliance; design source materials are deleted on request after delivery
• To access, correct, or delete your information, or to have a preview page taken down, email info@optimizecredit.us — takedown requests are handled within one business day
