Refund Policy

The Fund Overview Design Package is a flat $999 USD, paid in advance. Our refund terms are simple and are stated here in full before you pay:

Full refund

• Before production begins: cancel any time before we start design work and receive a full refund — no questions, no fees. Production begins when we start design work, after we receive your complete, approved materials
• If we cannot deliver: if we are unable to deliver the agreed five-slide scope for any reason on our side, you receive a full refund

If a delivery misses the agreed scope

• If a delivered package materially fails to meet the agreed scope, tell us within 7 days of delivery. We will correct it at no charge within 5 business days of your notice — or refund you in full if we cannot correct it
• After production begins, fees are not refundable for design preferences; the included revision round is the remedy for those

How to request

Email info@optimizecredit.us with your payment receipt. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
